About Us

Our History

ESPC Services was established in 2001, as a specialised practice to provide advice and support to schools and childrens services providers, employers, peak bodies, and public sector agencies in the areas of Child Protection and Reportable Conduct, Workplace Misconduct, and Professional Standards. This now extends to the aged care and disability services sectors, and to churches and religious bodies including the agencies and services they operate.

We work from offices in Sydney and Adelaide, in cases and projects across Australia, extending to New Zealand and the Pacific.

We have assisted a diverse range of clients, from two teacher schools to leading independent schools and universities, independent churches of differing faiths to major denominations with systemic structures, sports administrators to aged care and disability service providers, local community services to international aid agencies.

Our work in policy and procedural standards, and our training programs focused on child protection and reportable conduct, have been commended by regulators and adopted as best practice models.  Several cases on which we have worked have become benchmarks for practice standards in investigations, and leading reported court cases.
