This Code applies to all associates of ESPC Services (also referred to in this Code as 'the Company') which collectively includes all persons employed or engaged by the Company, or otherwise involved in services provided by or to the Company.

Associates are part of a team and are expected to demonstrate team spirit, loyalty to each other, the Company and its clients, and a commitment to work together within an ethos of personal respect. A sense of humour is valued in our relationships.

  1. Associates will provide mutual support to achieve the Company’s objectives and client service parameters.

  2. Associates will be open with ideas, issues and frustrations. Managers and colleagues will be open, receptive and supportive in response.

  3. Associates will maintain impeccable standards of honesty and integrity in all their dealings with and on behalf of ESPC Services and each other.

  4. Associates will at all times treat others with courtesy. They will withdraw from situations that may provoke anger, and seek advice or support.
